@szablozembny But you are wrong, it's really 17th that i wanted to write :)
But anyway, i was wrong, the kleers must be destroyed for enable this secret, then crossing the arc to activate it.

Bit of luck and mostly trial and error. That was the last secret I found. I saw the shotgun but I didnt know how to get it. After trying different options I just restarted and tried to throw the eye. It worked!
