Waldorf Astoria's El Conquistador Resort ~ BED BUGS, INSECTS, & VERMIN...Oh MY!!!!! This is a video taken while on a vacation from hell courtesy of the El Conquistador Resort from the alleged 'esteemed' Waldorf Astoria Collection! This place was infested with more bed bugs, ants, worms and vermin than I've ever encountered in my entire life! We may as well have been given a room outside! This hotel clearly has a problem that they are obviously trying to conceal and it is my civic obligation to expose this fraudulent farce of a hotel for the money hungry, insect infested, health hazard that it is!! The customer service is as bad as the room conditions and the Hilton Worldwide should be ashamed of themselves for providing these completely unacceptable accomodations! I've stayed in Holiday Inn's better than this alleged "Four Diamond" Resort! Chris Nasetta (Hilton Worldwide CEO), I personally hold you responsible for this catastrophy of a vacation and I am still awaiting my follow up correspondence from you regarding my deplorable experience with your hotel and it's employees!! Hilton Worldwide....you are the WEAKEST LINK!!
