Big deal about the bonfire. Bonfire Night is much worse than one group of people randomly having one. They actually DO care about the environment, they're against global warming.

Surely it's irrelevant who's individually "behind" cos it's team effort, so if 1's "behind" then you all are effectively "behind"....

I know it gets stressful, and nobody's expecting you not to argue, but it's important that once you've cleared the air with an argument to find a way to help eachother through it, like the wise man once told me Lets be pulling together not apart ;)

...just a thought, but since Irwin has three columns he has to complete on that board while the rest of you have 1...I'd hardly say he's behind with any of it. so it wouldn't hurt to cut him some slack ey? ;)

P.S. as for the fights, it's only natural...tensions are high but all I'd say is yes vent your frustrations to eachother but don't try to place blame with eachother, shit happens and you make the best of it xx
