@igorvasilevsky lol I'm going to revolt.

There are many similiaries between the crash in the USSR and the USA today.
Google for Dmitri Orlov's books on the collapse of the USSR and how to survive it in the USA.

@igorvasilevsky Not only Americans, you see this enslavement culture in many countries.

@ianjohn05 You got that right! Metro is also a good hiding place in winter when it gets to -27C and your crutch freezes in 5 min outside ;) ,still...wish I was there!

I agree. We also need to stop bribing appraisers to give inflated values to homes.

1. I don't need a car to survive. They actually have a decent transit system over here.
2. The USA has all the problems the rest of the world has, except the USA denies it and attempts to put up an illusion.
3. Moscow today is like what New York City used to be like before Rudy Guiliani destroyed it.
4. The girls are incredible.
5. Here you I must carry my passport, visa and migration card at all times, else you may never see me again. (I am in favor of such laws)

Idiots we should have allowed Fannie and Freddie to fail. That old man is stupid because we are trying to re-inflate a bubble that burst for a reason. The government is now approving the majority of loans and Fannie and Freddie are still on life support. Let them fail and let the prices of housing go down and be rebalanced.

@ianjohn05 How is it like over there?

Moscow is just expanding and they can not improve the Metro system nor the roads fast enough. I have a map that was drawn up in the late 80 of what the Metro System was supposed to look like today, and then can you guess what happened? That's right, capitalism. But here during rush hour you can be assured that if you miss your train you will probably wait around 1 minute for the next one, unlike San Fran BART or DC Metro where you wait 20.

@ianjohn05 I know exactly what you are talking about, my family in Moscow (Perovo) never owed a car, and yet we always could go anywhere we wanted on a Metro or a bus or a trolleybus, the longest trip we ever had to take every summer was about 60 mil. outside Moscow (to dacha), but now my mom tells me everyone has a car and a metro is packed, it used to be better! Anyways, I'm very glad you like my mother land, enjoy cuz things in US aren't getting any better, on the contrary of what some say!
@TheRetiredtrucker The fact that you think Russians are peasants proves your own ignorance.

It has always been that way and will never change, so don't be left behind and buy some silver or gold. Even if the currencies collapse PM's will skyrocket to be traded in after the dust settles for paper money backed by gold or and silver. Just has always been the case throughtout 6,000 years of historey. Central Bankers always seem to know better then what historey tells them. Get in while you can, silver is a steal now.
