  • This painting is the first one to show properties of synthetic cubism, during the transition away from analytic cubism. Therefore, it is of huge significance as a work, whereas it had previously been overlooked. This was the subject of my senior thesis at Harvard.

  • @vaporizer08 the 4th dimension of 'time.' In addition, we can now know, for a fact, that not only is a Cubist picture not a representation of the 4th D, but they are actually a representation of a:"Black hole: At the center of a black hole lies a singularity - Here it is no longer meaningful to speak of space and time, much less space/time" - literal 'black hole' - a 'place' where there is no 3-D space or 4-D time: the black holes that could stand in front of a 'Cubist picture.' There is more.

  • @vaporizer08 dimension is the definition of a space/time continuum, with the 4th D being the 'continuum': a defined non-tangible form 'structure,' analogous to a 3-D 'house,' with the 3-D volumes of 'space' being formed by applying the function of 4-D 'time' - within the 'structure' of 'space/time.' And there simply are no 3-D volumes of 'space' in any 2-D Cubist pictures. and so, there simply is not even a representation of the 3rd dimension in any ridiculous 2-D Cubist pictures, let alone...

  • @vaporizer08 now have access to, there is an accurate representation of 'reality,' but only in 'black and white,' and devoid of color. In the old-world murals there is color but it is representational of 'reality.' So, if you: the newly rich, buy some of these (ridiculous) pure color - and exactly non-humanistic/representationa­l, pictures, you can have some 'thing' that niether the common man masses nor the old-world aristocracy have, and then you can 'prove' you are 'better' - and more...

  • @vaporizer08 Also, in 1880 was the industrial revolution, and the epidemic of the nouveau riche. So, now, art was presented with a problem. In that the common masses could, now, have acces to some 'thing': 'art,' which, previously, only the rich could afford, because of movies and photos. So, some worldly con-artists saw an oppurtunity to capitalize on some easily impressionable people: nouveau riche.   • @vaporizer08 The problem was, and is, in 1480 there were no mass communicative processes, so some knew he had done it, but they did not know what exactly 'it' was/is.Without the syntax - and language/music, art reverted back to its previous functions: tell stories to masses and portraits for the wealthy. Also, without the mathematical syntax and music, pictures: murals, were/are the equivalent to 'movies.' In 1880 photography, and real movies, were invented, but only with black and white film...

No books means the masses couldn't read. Artists painted murals to teach lessons to the masses, and decorate churches. The rich paid artists to paint their portraits, and decorate houses.
