Being a fan of pre-rock-era music who used to go to the Castro on occasion when I lived in the Bay Area, I can help with the titles of most of these...

at 2:45: Familiar, but can't place it...
at 4:20: "Jean"
at 5:29: "I'll Build A Stairway To Paradise"
