I love how straight-forward he is. He makes it very black and white, and indeed it is. So many emergent Christians tell me it isn't so easy to explain, but it is. The gospel is not muddled by methods and arbitrary practices!

I suggest everyone to read their Bibles without the filters of denomination, sect, or creed... because "He must increase, but I must decrease." (John 3:30) We as the Church (the body of Christ) should take the example of what John the Baptist is saying here. Try this read the Bible the same as you would read any book... from cover to cover, Genesis to Revelation. It is dense, but it is the road map to salvation; it can be confusing, but remember "GOD's ways are not Man's ways"

I don't believe in PURGATORY, david did not go to hell, i believe in the day of JUDGEMENT. God will come with FIRE.

Excellent sermon. I greatly respect Zac Poonen's preaching and feel he is truly a man of God. I am a little perplexed though by his suggesting that Lot is in hell. Despite his residence in Sodom, and having his daughters making him drunk for incestuous offspring, he is declared a righteous man in the Apostle Peter (2 Peter 2:6-8).

At about 17 minutes, he speaks about reproduction, i disagree with him, we ARE created, we are planned and wanted, and God made a plan for our lives, that we can follow if we believe. God is almighty, even unplanned children by men are planned by God. God loves his children even from before creation we were wanted.
