January 22nd (part 2)

Northside Copwatch- The police forcibly removed a very intoxicated man from the Vietnamese restaurant at 1120 W. Wilson. They put the man's bag around his neck and he proceeds to fall down. One officer is not comfortable with being taped and advances towards the camera. **When asked for his badge number the officer refuses.** The police then leave the scene and shortly after the intoxicated man falls on the sidewalk. Copwatch follows up with the man and calls 911 to see that he is escorted to the hospital in an ambulance.
