Tribute to the Luv Ya Blue Houston Oilers, who upset the Chargers 17-14 in the 1979 AFC Divisional Playoffs, a feat made even more remarkable as neither Oilers' star RB Earl Campbell nor gutsy QB Dan Pastorini played due to injuries. Oilers safety set an NFL postseason record by intercepting 4 passes from Chargers quarterback Dan Fouts. Music by Sam Spence of NFL films.

  • I LIKE IT A LOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Chargers were such a major disappointment, back in the day:(!!!

  • Fuckin Bud Adams, retired the Oilers name to stick it to Houston, Go fuck yourself Bud Adams.

  • Can you find the whole game?

  • bum

  • I remember watching Rob Carpenter crawl back to the huddle on one play.

  • Fouts really stunk it up in that game. Reminds me of 2011 Philip Rivers.

  • Great job!!!! really well done.

  • This game was the ultimate example of how much heart the Bum Phillips-era Oilers had, and how much they loved him and how well they played for him.

  • Even though I rooted for the Chargers in this game I have really enjoyed watching this video.
