where did you get your things you used to jump over/dive under?

im an assistant coach/goalie coach so i was just looking for some drills to do with my keeper.

Yes, this is some older vids, we need to do some recent films since all of my keepers have improved so much!!!! stay tuned

oh and tw, i have some kwikgoal hurdles that are similar, but those are just some pvc pipes that we were borrowing from the baseball team

@lakers950 if you are reffering to the size of the goalkeeper to goal ratio.... the goal is actually an indoor size, 7 feet by 7 yards.... if you know a full size goal is.... its just a foot and a yard smaller, but it makes a difference.... in this video with Jack Carillo.... the keeper is simply 6' tall

he should work on his core because his legs are swinging when landing . thats just improper technique
