ROCKETSNAIL MADE CLUB PENGUIN FOR NOOBS WHO DONT KNOW.
All of these games are made by rocketsnail.com. The reason for this is that back in 2001-2004 Rocket Snail games was a buisness that sold modified versions of their games to websites. For example the Veggie Tales company wanted to buy Ballistic Biscuit modified with a tomato, pickle, and purple smoothies. They stopped doing this when Club Penguin became popular.

These games were made custom by the club penguin company founder. He made Ballistic Biscuit or Hydro hopper before club penguin even started.
