  • Why didn't you stop at 6-7 inch? that will hurt. :D

  • wet rag under bin to prevent sliding

  • @needtogetalife50 A mixer is just another item that you have to clean. Small batches are easily mixed with spices by hand. Mechanical mixers are a bit heavy handed and change the texture of the meat.

  • all yah need to do is put a towel under the meat bin to keep it still!! send us some recipes!!
