@CDLver...no I never viewed that hearing, I knew about some of the BS at the FDA, but that was a new one.
Even if a Mandate is ordered on all product imported to America by inspection by the FDA...tha Administration still fails to protect American Consumer Safety...
Managment at the FDA is by Presidental Appointment by the way...

At the hearing, it was uncovered that 714 Chinese facilities that make drugs for the U.S. market had not been inspected in the previous 5 years. Baxter's supplier in China, Scientific Protein Labs, where the raw heparin was processed (from pig guts), was never inspected by the FDA.
