Hello, Fantastic engine if i may say so. Is it being fired on gas or with coal here? as i can see that you are using the chimney blower in the video.
Secondly, what method in your experience has proven hotter , gas or coal?
I am in the process of converting my coal fired engine to gas also and am interested to know.
Thank you

@75echo
Hi its fired up using gas, I use a propane/butane mix (for moer heat) I also use a blower to draw the flames through the fir box, (this is needed to generate more heat)
coal is best, (but very smelly) when you take the engine back in doors,
thanks for your interest, hope this helps

Well, soon, I'm still working on getting the air through the burner to get a blue flame, won't be long now, and then working up the PSI to 40/60 as its rated at 80 psi,
and I was thinking of making a rolling road first, and then on the ROAD !!! I might need a red flag , !!!
see yer next time.
