Here, Mark Kielar explains the problem of the prosperity "gospel" and why it is not "good news" at all. He also shares why the command to help the poor is not closely heeded.
@barrypatrickius i dont define my Christianity by man made denominations. i define my christianity by Jesus who calls believers to have one heart and one soul. of course humans will disagree but thats no reason for division.
@barrypatrickius No there is never supposed to be division between Christians. The NT constantly reiterates this. yes if there is heresy we should divide from them, but if they're is heresy then they aren't Christians. If someone has a little different theology then you then you shouldn't separate yourself from them. i grew up pentecostal and had baptist and methodist friends. continued...
@phonebush For CERTAIN ISSUES their IS supposed to be division(serious error and heresy). We do not separate over minor issues(like midtrib rapture vs pretib rapture)
God directly blessed *MANY* men and women in the old testament with great wealth. but they also has the correct attitude about that wealth. this is all that Jesus was getting at. Consider everything you have as Gods for His use and then follow through that way and you have no problem. Jesus does indeed bless people with great wealth. having wealth or not is not the issue its your Hearts Attitude towards God that matters. Pray for the blessings of God and use them for others. Its that simple.
what about the problem with the doctrine presented by Mark Kielar or on lanech in general? calvanism at this level and all that goes along with it is just as much from the pit of Hell if not MORE SO than anything a word of faith preacher says.
