Britain boasts one of the most spectacular coastlines in the world. The Coastal Trail Series (CTS) is designed to showcase the very best sections of this unique landscape.

The CTS is the most beautiful and most popular trail running series anywhere in the world, with a 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon category at each location in the series.

This video gives a flavour of just one of the stunning courses in this amazing series of events.

The Gower Peninsula was the first place in Britain to be designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' (AONB). The unique peninsula is a protected haven for some of the richest and most varied wildlife habitats in the UK. The coastal trails here are set against an awe-inspiring natural backdrop of cliff tops, downland, woodland, sand dunes and world famous beaches. This trail running paradise is very accessible from most parts of the UK.
