  • Thank you very much those poses helped me to ease my upset pms tummy and it just felt very good. How often do you practice those poses? Do you have to do them when you feel pain or even before like when pms is starting to kick in?

  • @daisyduck520 You're welcome Daisy! The idea is to practise regularly throughout the month and more so whilst experiencing PMS. When you are in pain or have your period just practise the lying postures for relief, they are very restorative. Let me know how you go!
