yeah, just because you go around a city stealing vehicles and killing cops, its a GTA ripoff. its called a genre. GTA happens to be the pretty much the only popular game with it.
I personally like the 3d top-down view and think it's different and awesome in it's own way.

No, it's GTA on the gp2x and the graphics are much better than the original psx 1 game. It's pretty good, especially considering it was done by a one man operation. I play it occasionally on my gp2x, but I've never finished it. It's not really my type of game, but technically it's very good.

looks a bit hard to play,even the trailer has the user hitting cars and getting away with it.

Naah, it's not hard to play. But that's no trailer, it was just a preview (of a beta version with non-optimized controls yet, the final version plays a lot better and has way better speech).
