  • come on! the first piece played(hyrule field-twilight princess). the first couple of bars should be more powerful and heroic!

  • @Deverestteam i agree hahah it's not the most skilled band (;

  • I know that I am in the middle of arranging a legend of Zelda piece so my band can play it in a concert, but my director tells me that I need permission

  • @legendofdonkeykong Honestly, I don't know anything about the laws against it or anything, but I'm pretty sure as long as you don't sell the song or make any profit from the arrangement or the performance it's not illegal but I'm not sure.

  • Did your sister contact Koji Kondo and the other composers to get their permission to create this? If so, how?

  • @legendofdonkeykong No she actually just kind've got bored one day and started making it, which is the reason that she can't distribute it to anyone =/.

  • Dang. And my conducter said Zelda music would just be annoying -.-

  • WHY AREN'T I IN THIS BAND

  • @legendofdonkeykong actually, i'm sure the arranger was just happy the director let their band play their song, none of my directors ever let us try my arrangements. Even if it doesn't sound perfect i think just hearing something live rather than a midi file is a dream come true when you know you put it together your self

  • @CBKproductionz actually, i think distribution is alright as long as it isn't for profit and you credit the original composer. I asked an arranger who does lots of video game arrangements (like i do) and he said you can distribute the music if it's free, and if you credit the original composer as well as the company it's associated with for example, it would be "TITLE" then the sub title would be "Selections from ..." Haha, i do it all the time :)

  • do you still have the sheet music for this?
