This movie could be good on its own merits as a kung fu flick, but the original Dragonball was a LOT about Akira Toriyama's art style, world sense and characterization, none of which are really present here. It comes across more as a Hollywood Kung Fu flick (a la Forbidden Kingdom) retooled to loosely revolve around story elements from Dragonball - in that sense, I can see why some people think this movie is just trying to cash in on the fan-base instead of staying true to its source material.

Since when did James Marsters play Voldemort? Or did I miss something watching the last Potter-movie?
Marsters most famous role was Spike from Buffy. AFAIK he has never done anything related to Harry Potter.
