Its the only weight-lifting gym in Laos, so it must be the best. Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo, learns about cross-training, using weights to build strength for fighting. In this episode, we see a training day in Lao, back and forth between the Muay Lao fighting stadium, and the weight lifting gym.

  • Hey is that the gym from Dong Paleb? Because I just signed up for a Muay Lao training and the only gym that I can find is the Sok Sai gym in Dong Paleb near the circus. Im here in Vientiane, Laos right now.

  • @LordTapOut I honestly don't know because i trained there in 2007-2008 and i know the gym has moved since then. if you are training there now, could you please write to some of these idiots who made stupid comments, saying muay lao doesn't exist. would you please confirm that i didn't just dream this video?

  • Where's the gym located at?

  • @Fire4FX It has moved. at that time it was just outside the city fo Vientiane, in the national boxing stadium but it has relocated to another spot, outside Vientiane.

  • Chuck norris can kickk his ass in without looking

  • @laohero1 Sorry? Chuck Norris could kick whose ass? Also the expression is kick his ass, not kick his ass in. Chuck is my major hero and he gave me my first break in the movies. My first part in a movie ever was Delta Force Part 2. But no, there is not one person in this video who Chuck Norris could beat up.

  • and who was training you on this vid? cause now the one whose training me is named Mr. Deth.

  • I'm training to be a pt and i also do martial arts

but with your weight training NEVER! put the lat pull down bar behide your head !

  • For a guy with a bad knee, you sure can kick good. I hope you'll still be fit and healthy enough to enjoy what you're doing. I am of similar age and I know what you exactly mean. but keep up the good work my friend.

  • Some of these negative comments is unwarranted. I envy you because you get to see travel and train, I don't because of my epilepsy, hopefullly that will change! I really want to go back to training.
