I think his Butler's voice is hauntingly good, and ties the band together. Even if it may be slightly "weak" live.

I can see why someone would say that. Personally, I think his voice is perfect for the music. He reinforces their style with his up and down tone. But I absolutely see what you're saying.

his voice actually compliments the band by being weak, you really can't put anyone else with the band without insulting them. it's not every day you get to listen to a band with such great talent.
