Setting's 1078x768 med high 20-30 fps could go all high setting but in big gun battles the fps tend to drop by quite alot

It doesnt seam like fraps slows down the game play! IT A GREAT VIDEO!! And I was wondering, could I play this game on a laptop I might get? Here are its specs:

es muy bueno el juego, el mejor de este año que he probado en mi opinión y lo bueno es que esta bien optimizado ( claro con una tarjeta de video xD ).
