This was JUST. The subject appeared to overpower the hold the officers had on him. When drunk, some people have insane strength. Its not something you want to mess with.
Subject resisted arrest, broke out of officers hold. Tazer was just. For you people who say it wasnt, you need to learn about reasonable force before you form an opinion.

@hippielettuce1988 That was an uncalled for and uncouth response. You have never met me, nor have you met my brother. You have no idea what his views of violence are or what his morals are. There are a lot of dirty cops out there and people that will resort to unnecessary violence to abuse their power (The BART cop in Oakland, the UC Cop who maced students), he is not one of those people. This man was belligerent and breaking the law by being publicly intoxicated as well as resisting arrest.
