Yes, and they've probably invested tens of thousands of dollars to get to that point. Unfortunately, that's not a budget most people would care to invest into their Honda unless they were serious. Most K-series run $6k+ if you do the work yourself and know the in's and out's of those swaps already. The same rule applies to a good B-series turbo setup, though. I guess what I'm getting at is that having 9s potential in most cars is FUCKING EXPENSIVE.
you could also go all motor k24 with internals built. I have seen this Skunk2 crx in hondatuning amagazxine that runs 9s times on an all motor k24 setup pretty impressive and alot of the parts are from skunk2
