Does the ktm follow the 186 rule too from factory or does it have different ignition mapping???

And how good is new RC8R for everyday use on normal roads? I`ve read its not really gentle towards the rider in terms of comfort...

@sabbathian Not as good as my CBR1000RR but the new 2011 RC8R it's a lot easier to use and ride than the previous RC8R. Apart from the slightly vibey twin it's a pretty easy bike to ride in traffic. Clutch is a bit quick to engage so will need some gentle caressing in cities. CBR1000RR still a better bike, and cheaper.
Comfort wise it's actually not that bad. In fact the harder seat on the RC8R is better for longer journeys. Soft seats are problematic on longer jourmeys.
