After all this talk about individual supplements, why even take so many in the first place. Environmental pollution, soil depletion, and stress are all threats to our ability to consume and absorb adequate nutrients from our food. As a safety net it might be valuable for most of us to supplement our diet with certain nutrients. To know absolutely for sure where you could benefit most, seeking a blood test and the advice of a nutritionist, physician or naturopath could help discern where you nutrition could use some supplementation.
