Learn something like dark basic, blitz basic, or if you really hard core learn C/C++ and some kind of graphics library like SDL, Allegro, or OpenGL

@TopTechShow i never said he uses vista and xp is alright for some stuff but for gaming that i use my computer for xp wouldn't support most games in ultra settings.
