neither of these examples show what the video title claims. in the first example the two militants are standing up exposing a large target area because the child is small. in the second example the militant is almost completely exposed because hes dragging the child. from this video its more likely that the first example shows no imminent danger as nobody in the video appears in fear of being shot at and the second example looks like the militant is getting the child out of harms way.

It is very clear, well it is edited so it would create confusion...but you just have to look at the video a second time and it becomes obvious that the soldier is dragging the kid to safety!
