This is disgusting. What happened to caring about ALL people equally? That is the teachings of the bible and jesus last I checked. Far too many "religious" people contort the tenants or outright ignore them in order to be self-centered jerks.

I just love how the priest on there talks about hurting people, and consequences... Yes consequences for giving us LGBT people our denied rights to be treated equally under the law as tax paying citizens to our straight counterparts. Giving equal rights to oppressed minority, freeing them from years of hurt, and discrimination has only one real consequence, or effect as it should be stated: Equality. What the church is doing is showing that as a force of evil it hides itself well in the light.

@Chuichupachichi - The biggest charities in the world, nobody does better on abortion & they built many orphanages & hospitals across the country... the world actually! - If all that comes at the expense of discrimination against ANYONE, be it the blacks (in the 1960s nobody would dream of letting a black couple adopt a white orphan !! Racist and bigoted White pricks ) or the gays, they deserve to have their adoption centers SHUT DOWN. Discriminating against minorities is unacceptable.

@Chuichupachichi - And about gay adoption, I would like to know if they would check if the parents are atheists, muslims, adulterers, gluttons, lechers, divorcees who are now remarried, embezzlers, porn watchers or alcoholics too before letting them adopt children - these are immoral too.. why discriminate against the gays alone ? That's where the unblushing bigotry rears it's ugly head.
