While I note more spark, how about a presentation combining both oral with props? Also, you most certainly are not a company-oriented "academic" but the background exudes an image of a sterile academic (a drab bookshelf stuffed full of material!). I'd like to see you occasionally short pace, while also shedding the navy blue sport coat, which you always wear. You have a nice voice for an extraordinary message. A little more pizazz will strengthen your delivery.
