First HGTV Design Star Audition

Here it is! This is my HGTV Design Star Audition Video that I submitted! Unfortunately, I decided to do this at the last second so I didn't have what I wanted to say memorized. But now I know what is expected of me and I am prepared to have a great audition for this fall! This video has all three takes on it. The first two are mess-ups and the third one is the one we actually used.
I am studying Interior Design at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I am also a member of The American Society of Interior Designers. Interior design is one of my greatest loves. I also love floral design and I am the Floral Supervisor at Macey's in Provo Utah. I am also currently creating a business as an interior designer in both residential and commercial design as well as specializing in event and wedding planning. I served my internship for school in temple design for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and it is my dream to one day work in temple design. I have loved interior design since I was a little girl! As a child, I used to go through home interior catalogs and cut out the little decor pictures and paste them on different pages labeled living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.! I would design how I wanted my entire future home to be! When my father would go to Home Depot, I would park myself in the wallpaper section and just pour over all the books fascinated with the different designs! I even named my favorite dog after a furniture store when I was 10 years old! I named her Kinder after Kinder's Furniture Store!
