I met Jon by accident on 6 October 1984 at Rockefeller Center in NYC. At that time I was a photographer's assistant and was carting heavy equipment up the stairs as the lifts were crammed. I was about half way up when I bumped into Jon, who was rushing down the stairs to take a telephone call. Seeing my predicament, he offered to help carry the (extremely) heavy duffel bag to the next floor, a gesture I will never forget. I had always wanted to meet him, but nothing prepared me quite for that!

I am rarely impressed with mlae models as actors but Hexum is the rare exception. Most of these guys seem like dodos immature girls are infatuated with. Honestly can anyone compare Hexum with Justin Timberlake. Timberlake is little league who looks he still eats his Wheaties frankly rather than being sexy. Hexum is a head turner and a very accurate embodiement of the words used to describe him. His death was totally senseless.

Hexum was a beautiful soul that was really larger then life. He did more in 26 years then those idiots who mock him do in 70 years. As kid I loved voyagers and wished to have a big brother like him. Looking back, Hexum should not have done Cover-up because the show was really a cheap ripe off of Remington Steel. Had he lived I figure he could easily moved into films and made it big.

And Jon erik was the president of his Senior class in high school, graduated in 1980 with a B.A. in Philosphy, and became a star within 2 years.

i believe the cover up set was not doing their job that day and screwed up. they killed jon erik. richard anderson said, prodedure is the gun is always empty. than the prop master will come and load the gun at the start of a scene. they were not filming the scene yet, so why did jon erik have this gun in his hands. irresponsibility and lack of safety on that set, and they blamed poor jon erik.
