lmao, does the person have any flying experience. its hard to tell from the video quality but it looks like nill wind and trying to jump into the air at the start of the little hill. hangliders are weight shift if you jump you remove al controll the glider acelerates over you and nose dives. to have fun, stay safe get some training.
it could be many other reasons eg rigging, hang point, rotor, etc etc. still funny though. whack
