Does anyone no about the film where there is a boy, he's a robot but is adopted and then his adoptive parents leave him in the woods, and then he lives for ever, 1:08 kinda like that.. or it might be that i can't remember

i personally prefer the humanity displayed by sonne above the other two. mostly because they blur the lines between human and machine both spiritualy and phisicaly but sonne only shows human spirit and not human form, a true ghost in the machine.

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe the robotics will transfer their knowledge and information into a new state of matter. Maybe they will learn to transfer themselves into planets, into a form of gas. Maybe they will find a way to exit this dimension, create a new dimension. Maybe enter a form of "subspace" and leave this Universe. OR they will just spread throughout the solar system and extremely slowly throughout the galaxy as a robotic race. I don't know.
