Newt Gingrich's second wife, Marianne, says the GOP presidential candidate asked her for an "open marriage" after he became involved with Callista, the woman who became his third and current wife.

  • @123markym All politicians trot out their families for show, especially if they are attractive, be they wives, husbands or children. The problem with Newt is that he took a vow "for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health," and then didn't honor it. He had an affair on his first wife, and brought her divorce papers in the hospital. Marianne Gingrich gets MS, and she's gone eight months later--and yet he condemned Clinton. This isn't sex-it's a worse kind of faithlessness.

  • @kgmetcalfe OH no you called me names wow I guess I got under your trolling skin.. Ha!! because you make no sense.

  • @kgmetcalfe, I would not wish that on anyone.

  • NEWT FOR PRESIDENT! The office has become what suits a man like this. He is the only fitting candidate that lives already the life of a 21st century president before he is elected! L'etat, c'est moi was the saying of a sun-king. Moi, c'est l'etat is what the new(t) style "president" says. Who needs Hollywood with this real reality show? He would lift the office truly to a new(t) level! O-bummer can be beaten! But then, I don't think he was different when he was younger, when she made her choice.

  • @rokin2long Gingrich is a deeply flawed candidate. Here is someone who converted Catholicism, but also subsequently obtained two divorces under conditions I am sure are not condoned by the church. He was involved in the congressional check kiting scandal in 1990. The GOP claims Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac caused the crisis of 2008, but Gingrich took $1.6 million from Freddy. Why a party that has been long argued that "character matters" would choose him is beyond me.

  • open source....:/

  • @rokin2long It's not so much his personal life that's the issue--repugnant as it may be, with the constant infidelity and all. My main issue with him is the SHAMELESS HYPOCRISY. How anyone can think this hypocritical, sociopathic ego-maniac is good for this country is mind-boggling.
