@hamer500, blame minimum wage laws, unions, etc. They used to grow alot of tomatoes where I live. The migrant workers demanded minimum wage and hourly pay. So then they started picking half of what they used to and wasting time and it cost the farmers to much.

As a result, the migrants no longer have jobs, the farmers are poorer, and tomatoes are more expensive and have to be shipped from other states. Everybody loses. Get out of your fantasy where free trade is "evil" or whatever.

We can't raise taxes on the rich or corporations or cut military spending, so we have to cut social programs, wages and salaries, and break unions. For that, we need all the immigrants we can get. We need a thrifty, obedient workforce for the 21st century, and the Democrat and Republican parties working together can make it happen.

Being racist toward the blacks is how we got in this mess to begin with. We were so focused on them, caught up in our ungodly hatred that we were to blind to see every other race invading america.
