In Logic Pro 8, how do you split the output/input to go to separate devices? I didn't see that option in Logic. What version are you using?

@TeXas10er You can't do it in Logic 8, that option only became available in Logic 9 for some reason.

This creats other problems with sound. When I restart I my mac it cuts out my sound and sets the volume to max.

Just Quit Soundflower (from the menu bar) when you're done and set your sound preferences (input & output) back to your normal settings, not to Soundflower.Then everything will be back to normal.
