DAMN! This game looks absolutely gorgeous. I can't believe this is a 16-bit game. It looks like Neo Geo quality.

to bad it's to damn expensive,but hey look on the bright sight it can come to the virtual console.for me the console is to damn expensive and so are some games.

Ah, the legendary Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire, the one said to have 3-D polygon-like objects on the PC Engine. Those effects really do show themselves well throughout the game, and these sprites are well in the graphics of Donkey Kong Country, the Atari Jaguar, and the "first-generation" PlayStation games. I also like how surprises can come around in different portions of the levels, such as the dragon bursting up from the bridge. Hudson Soft has truly done a wonderous job with this title.

This is one of favorite PC Engine titles, and easily one of the top three shooters on the console. The music is incredible, and it has some very nice graphic effects, especially the bosses. Too bad it came out so late in the PC Engine's life span.
