This patient is a 37 year old man suffering from Aortoarteritis and complete Occlusion of Aorta just proximal to Iliac bifurcation. The Femoral arteries were seen reforming via collaterals. He had amputation for gangrene of Rt foot. He underwent Aorto Bifemoral Grafting using a collagen coated Dacron Y Graft (14x7x7mm). The pulses in the distal arteries returned and he was discharged from the hospital after 7 days. This is the first such operation in North Bengal, Darjeeling, Siliguri. This video is for educational purposes highlighting the technique of surgery.
