Clones tend to have damaged DNA meaning they live shorter and have bad temperments.

The process of cloning makes MORE mistakes in replicating the DNA than our bodies do when they replicate their own DNA.

Also, asexual reproduction loses the ability that sexual reproduction has, which is to correct mistakes in the DNA.

So really... it's just a very expensive FAIL. Only stupid people with lots of money and no brains would buy one.

or you could just go to the shelter see if they have scared cat about to go into labour.

That's what I was thinking as I watched it. They're cute but I'd rather get a cat from a shelter that has a better chance of living longer.
