The repairs should have been done in 1989 to allow the 7002 1nd 1223 to continue operations, rather than have the museum deny the SRR the rights to operate them.

It's a shame that the Broadway Limited is also just a memory.
Too bad we couldn't see the Pennsylvania Limited scorch the PRR Main Line ballast at 100 mph or more, like she was meant to do...
