Severe Storm (Possible Tornado) (Escondido, CA)

----Sorry the video just stopped, my camera ran out of battery---- Severe thunderstorm developed over Escondido, CA as it produced gusty winds, lightning, hail, and even a possible funnel cloud / wall cloud tried to form. The thunderstorm was moving southwest towards the coast of San Diego. The thunderstorm began to lose structure but another thunderstorm off the coast of San Diego produced damaging winds and even a small waterspout going off the coast away from land.

* UNTIL 456 PM PST

* AT 352 PM PST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZED HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

* THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTH OF ESCONDIDO... AND MOVING SOUTH AT 30 MPH...

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO POWAY

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU'RE IN ITS PATH PREPARE IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS... DESTRUCTIVE HAIL... AND DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

There was no funnel. Not even a wall cloud from what I could tell.
