they got some pretty steep slopes there. when the snow melts it hurts when you fall cause the rocks come up.

I don't understand why anyone would travel more than an hour to get to this place. I live an hour away so it's all I've got. There is now terrain, no powder, and there are only like 4 runs. I usually go to Park City or Snowshoe.

I just went to Ober like last Friday. I've never been there during ski season but now I have a snowboard so I might have to go check it out. ^^

the best time is mid-late december through the beginning of february its alright during that time... the very best is the middle of january tho... if you looking for a better place to snowboard tho i would go to sugar mountain in nc or snowshoe in west virginia

i went in december and during the middle of the day some of the snow was melting it was my first time skiing and it was really fun
