You can't just use conventional diaper rash creams on cloth. Here's some cloth diaper compatible ointments I've tried. They're all great!

Coconut Oil can be found in most grocery or health food stores.

  • So, you've used the coconut oil for a yeast rash? My daughter has been battling a yeast rash off and on for a few months. I am searching for a way to kill the yeast that may be living in her cloth diapers. She is using disposables at the moment until I get this stuff nipped in the bud.

  • @TheBusterFamily Coconut oil is a good combatant for yeast, yes! I use a new product from CJ's Sewing Room called Spritz o'BUTTer yeast formula, and it has coconut oil in it. Works really well for keeping it under control!

  • How could you not have used CJ's BUTTer & Grandma El's?? I'm sold on the BUTTer & have never used Grandma El's but I thought surely you would've gone over at LEAST those 2.

  • @TettymuhBear I've never heard of those two. Now you've got me curious! I'll check them out and maybe do an update. Thanks for the heads up!

  • I'm not cloth nappying yet and neither Levi or Izzy have had any bum rash yet, praise God, but I do love the idea of just using something as pure and simple as coconut oil... baby boy seems pretty busy in this video...makes me wonder what he was up to lol x
