too much meat for such amount of bulgar and where are onion garlic tomato pepper paste and I think u boiled bulgar before mix ?

@13faka @13faka I did not boil the bulgur before the mix. If you like more bulgur than meat by all mean you are welcome to do so. As for the onion and parsley we like it sprinkled over the coufte if you prefer to mix it with the koufta you can. We never put garlik in the raw koufta dish neither we put tomato paste. the meat in the koufta along with the paprika gives the koufta a nice enough color. Many take a basic idea and adjust it to their personal taste. Thanks for posting

For proper cigkofte you need also pepper paste or tomate paste(depends how you like) and mixed white onion in the bulgur. It is a nice video but far far away from original.

@sertyusuf Thanks for your input. I have never tried it with tomato paste. I Usually put finely chopped onion in the chi koufta. But since My guest sometimes don't favor onion in the koufta, I add the onions over the kouftas.
