It's a video from a usual sunday morning :) I'm horse riding on Dufte Biene, on the video I show almost only a canter.

I had an accident (fell from a scared horse) and broke my middle finger in right hand, had an operation an I still have an intensive therapy, but the finger remains straight, I can't bend it, my whole hand is very weak now and I can't hold reins. I will probably have one more operation but it's not sure if it's going to help :(

Ok, I know everyone is saying that you have perfect equitation but I'm sorry to say that you don't. You cannot plant your butt right in the saddle. It hurts the horses back. Instead, have a lighter seat. Kind of in the middle of sitting and 2 point. Then you will be able to move with the horse so much better and your form will be great! Sitting your butt in the saddle isn't good equitation. Have a much lighter seat and you will be fine :)

Check out TileValleyMorgan and their video of them jumping a pony. ThAT is great light seat and amazing equitation.
