This guy completely, and I mean, completely, understands what passes for your average products liability case: 1)obvious misuse of the product; 2) sue EVERY entity even remotely involved wihout any proof; 3)serve and conduct time consuming, and expensive discovery and 4)hope to extort settlement from at least some of the Defendants who are insured, because with so many defendants its tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees to continue on the case.

@MakeSensePlz Lol, actually they have tried in a number of jurisdictions.

Got my Newsweek magazine the other day in the mail. In the middle was a glossy 6-page spread advertising various high-power law firms specializing in injury and damage claims. Many with tags screaming "We get results!" and "We'll get you the reward you deserve!" Check it out in the 3-28-11 issue. As an old timer, I can remember when lawsuits were very rare. People worked out things between themselves. It used to be considered shameful to resort to lawsuits. Look at all the lawyer ads on youtube.

Some people are greedy fucking scumbags. They feel entitled to YOUR money. Some people think they should be rich for nothing.

Sue, sue, sue is what I say. Hire a Jewish Lawyer. lol
He took off the gaurd himself, and STILL sued? That would be like removing the face mask of a football helmet, then suing the manufacturer when you get a cleat in the face.
