Gord Hotchkiss of Enquiro talks with Anne Kennedy of Beyond Ink about his session at SES Toronto 2008, in which he discussed user behavior as it relates to the golden triangle and onine branding. While Hotchkiss believes brands can receive lift from exposure in search when a particular user already has an emotional attachment to a particular brand, he doesn't believe there's data to support a claim that a brand attachment can be formed in search alone.
