I think the reason she passes out when she sees real art is because she (and her hack father) have grinded out some of the most indefensible garbage in the history of film.

I agree, I picked this film up a few years ago wondering how I had over-looked it, upon seeing I understood why I had never heard of it.

The acting is bad, the story is worse.
